It 's summer, the heat has invaded our country and like every year in cars parked in the sun and temperatures reach hell.
may be useful to keep in the car a block and a pen for notes on the fly, but I do not recommend to hold a pen, not only because the ink may melt and leak out, but it might even bend the pen in the heat (time ago I saw a picture of a pen left in a car that had made this order).
very simple solution is to replace it with a pencil, maybe already hardened on both ends so you have two bits to use (size of pencil is great for Ikea). The pencil also has the advantage that gets stuck, as it happens to you do not use ballpoint pens for a while.
